Diggle, Dedalus - Favors a violet top hat, which often falls off as he's quite excitable.
Doge, Elphias -
Old wizard, with a wheezy voice and silver hair. Was part of the original Order of the Phoenix and at the time wore a stupid hat.
Dumbledore, Aberforth - Bartender at Hogs Head Inn.
Figg, Arabella Doreen - Squib, lives with cats, two streets from Privet Drive.
Fletcher, Mundungus "Dung" - Crook by trade, but handy to have around, though unreliable. Was not part of the original OoTP.

Moody, Alastor "Mad-Eye" - Auror (now retired, but widely considered to have been one of the best Aurors who ever worked for the Ministry) who was part of the original Order of the Phoenix. Noted for never having descended to the level of the Death Eaters even when given authorization to use the Unforgivable Curses during the first war against Voldemort; always brought suspects in alive where possible, and has the scars to prove it.

Podmore, Sturgis -
Square-jawed wizard with thick straw colored hair. Part of the Advance Guard that helped Harry in his escape from the Dursley house. Arrested by watchwizard Eric Munch on 31 August 1995 at 1 am in the Ministry of Magic trying to force a top-security door; charged with trespass and attempted robbery, refused to speak in his own defense before the Wizengamot, and sentenced to 6 months in Azkaban on 6 September 1995.

Vance, Emmeline -
Stately-looking witch. Part of the Advance Guard that helped Harry in his escape from the Dursley house.
Weasley, Bill - Took a desk job at Gringotts' London branch to be available to help the Order.
Weasley, Charlie - Working with dragons in Romania, recruiting for the Order as well.

Original OoTP - Not exactly but predicted dead people ---

Dearborn, Caradoc -
Vanished 6 months after the team photo was taken; his body was never found. Oh what a surprise if he suddenly and magically appeared!

Death Eaters ---

Avery - No known first name - The first Death Eater to crack and grovel at Voldemort's feet during the reunion at the Riddle House, having escaped Azkaban by claiming he'd acted under the Imperius Curse. Voldemort responded with the Cruciatus Curse, saying that he wanted 13 years repayment before forgiving the Death Eaters for their lack of belief in him.

Crabbe - Again, no known first name - A large, somewhat dim fellow, father of Vincent Crabbe. Fought in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries.

Dolohov, Antonin - One of the five Death Eaters who murdered Gideon and Fabian Prewett (the two brothers), and who tortured many Muggles and opponents of Voldemort during the first war. Dolohov was caught shortly after Karkaroff, who named him during his own trial. Dolohov was sent to Azkaban, but escaped during the mass breakout of January 1996. Dolohov fought in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries, during which he severely injured Hermione and was only just prevented from killing her.

Goyle - No known first name - A large, somewhat dim fellow, father of Gregory Goyle.
Jugson - No known first name - Fought in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries.
Karkaroff, Igor - Whereabouts are currently unknown.

Lestrange, Rabastan - Brother of Rodolphus Lestrange, Rabastan participated in the torture of the Longbottoms, for which he was given a life sentence in in Azkaban; he escaped in the mass breakout of January 1996. Rabastan fought in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries.

Lestrange, Rodolphus - Married to Bellatrix, brother of Rabastan, Rodolphus was one of the Death Eaters who tortured the Longbottoms, for which he was given a life sentence in Azkaban. He escaped in the mass breakout of January 1996 along with his wife and brother. Fought in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries.

Macnair, Walden - Macnair's respectable front for years was that he was an executioner for the Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures. He served as one of Voldemort's envoys to the giants, and appears to have succeeded in persuading them to join forces with his master. Macnair fought in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries.

Malfoy, Lucius - Brother-in-law of Bellatrix Black Lestrange through his wife Narcissa, Lucius escaped justice after Voldemort's downfall by claiming to have acted under the Imperius Curse, and thereafter worked at maintaining a respectable front. Lucius tormented Muggles for fun at the Quidditch World Cup, but fled in panic when Crouch jr. fired the Dark Mark into the sky. When Voldemort returned in June 1995, Malfoy returned to his old master.

Lucius served as one of Hogwarts' school governors until 1993, when a complex scheme to discredit Arthur Weasley through one of his children backfired. Lucius still keeps tabs on Hogwarts - far more than most parents seem to - through his son Draco Malfoy, who entered Slytherin in 1991. Indirectly, in fact, Lucius appears to be something of a security risk to Voldemort, since his son has a tendency to be indiscreet when attempting to score off rivals. Lucius was in command of the Death Eaters at the Department of Mysteries in his master's absence, reining in his companions to avoid accidental damage to the prophecy sphere. He was captured and sent to Azkaban.

Mulciber - No known first name - Imperius Curse specialist, who had already been captured by the time Karkaroff came to trial - much to Karkaroff's dismay, who was busy trying to trade Mulciber's name for his own freedom. Fought in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries.

Nott - No known first name - Avoided Azkaban after Voldemort's fall, but attended the "rebirthing party" in June 1995. His son Theodore entered Slytherin in 1991. Nott fought in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries.

Pettigrew, Peter "Wormtail" - This rat Animagus sacrificed his right hand as part of the potion that restored Voldemort to a body, and was given a much stronger silver hand as a replacement.

Rookwood, Augustus - Spy in the Ministry, worked for the Department of Mysteries but had agents throughout the Ministry, not all of whom knew who they were really working for. (For example, Rookwood was an old friend of Ludo Bagman's father, and Bagman passed him information, apparently quite innocently.) Karkaroff named Rookwood during his own trial, and Rookwood was sent to Azkaban but escaped in the mass breakout of January 1996. Rookwood fought in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries.
